The Synergy Series from Spoon and Stable

The Synergy Series, a signature dining experience by Chef Gavin Kaysen at Spoon and Stable, will welcome guest chefs four times this year to the Minneapolis restaurant, collaborating to bring their cuisine to life. Additionally, each Synergy Chef will take the stage for an intimate conversation that highlights lesser-known parts of their personal and professional stories on the Friday of their visit.

The dates for each event in the 2025 Synergy Series are:

  • April 10-11: Chef Stefano Secchi, Rezdôra (New York, NY)
  • July 17-18: Chefs Emeril Lagasse & EJ Lagasse, Emeril’s (New Orleans, LA)
  • September 11-12: Chef Gregory Gourdet, KANN (Portland, OR)
  • December 4-5: Chef Claudette Zepeda, Chispa Hospitality (San Diego, CA)

Proceeds from the 2025 Synergy Series will benefit Second Harvest Heartland.
